G&S Protection Group was co-founded by Emanuel Smith in the “roots” of his home state and city, New Orleans Louisiana. Mr. Smith has always held a footprint in public affairs and discovered his passion to protect people in 2003 when he began his career in Law Enforcement. Mr. Smith’s background encompasses several years of Human Resources and law enforcement with a focus on serving the public and building long-lasting relationships with clients and employees. Mr. Smith brings 18 years of Law Enforcement experience, 11 years of Security experience, and 7 years of HR Management experience to the company. Mr. Smith is a State of Louisiana Security Board of Private Examiners certified Qualifying Agent, State of Louisiana Security Board of Private Examiners certified security trainer, Louisiana POST certified conflict resolution specialist, and field training officer. Mr. Smith’s qualifications include Criminal Justice.
